Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent/related experience.
• Minimum 3 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally CRM products.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.
• Comfort navigating medical environments, labs and hospital settings.
• Proven ability to lead and influence customers; guide course corrections as needed.
• Strong written and spoken communication; familiarity with medical device industry policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common PC programs.
• Extensive travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, nurses, educators, and other healthcare providers on indications and patient selection for leadless pacing.
• Provide procedural support per instructions for use and trial protocol to ensure consistency and outcomes.
• Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
• Stay abreast of and communicate clinical data regarding leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate/deliver/implement programs and resources to expand market access.
• Provide market intelligence for therapy training and expansion plans.
• Liaise with marketing for tech improvements and product feedback.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Exercise judgment in planning and organizing work; monitor performance and report status.
• Use best business practices to ensure cost-effective operations in areas of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies.
