You will educate care teams, provide procedural support, coordinate education programs, and stay current on data to guide market expansion. Travel is substantial, with a focus on therapy access guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and/or related experience.
• 3–5 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, preferably CRM.
• Ability to analyze complex devices and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, nurses and other providers on leadless pacing indications and patient selection.
• Provide procedural support per instructions for use and trial protocols.
• Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
• Stay current with clinical data on leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs to expand market access and therapy adoption.
• Provide market insights to refine training and expansion plans.
• Liaise with marketing for product improvements and feedback.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Plan, organize, and monitor work with cost-effective practices.
