Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Regional Leadless Specialist to drive adoption of leadless technology in the South Gulf Area, including Birmingham, AL. This field-based role involves travel and collaboration with clinicians to ensure successful therapy adoption.

You will educate clinicians, provide procedural support, and work with marketing to expand therapy access while maintaining high clinical outcomes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of clinical medical device experience, ideally CRM products.
• Strong analytical ability for complex devices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfortable in hospital labs and clinical environments; travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and healthcare teams on leadless pacing indications.
• Provide procedural support and best practices for outcomes.
• Assist education and training for Abbott personnel.
• Stay updated on clinical data for leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs to expand market access and therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing on product feedback.
• Complete administrative reporting and travel as required.
