Job summary

Kennedy Jenks seeks a Technical Services Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This role aligns technical resources, supports successful project delivery, develops future leaders, and drives continuous improvement across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Technical Services discipline leaders and staff. (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, Instrumentation & Controls)
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization, ensuring resources are optimized to meet current and projected workload demands.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Support the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects, promoting efficient design delivery in accordance with Kennedy Jenks' standards and procedures while maintaining compliance with the applicable standard of care.
• Promote technical excellence, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines, offices, and teams.
• Develop, mentor, and support current and future leaders.
• Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
