Qualifications

• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably within water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• PE licensure strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and advise Kennedy Jenks Technical Services teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, Architectural and Instrumentation and Controls.
• Help deliver multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery per Kennedy Jenks standards to ensure standard of care.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development to align resources with needs.
• Collaborate with quality and risk programs to advance excellence, quality, and innovation.
• Travel nationwide 25–50% to collaborate with clients and offices.
