Job summary

Kennedy Jenks seeks a transformational leader to shape the future of technical project delivery.

Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role provides the opportunity to lead technical professionals, strengthen project delivery and client relationships, and advance technical excellence across the organization while supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure solutions for communities throughout the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and advise KJ’s Technical Services teams and discipline leaders.
• Deliver multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery in line with Kennedy Jenks’ standards.
• Promote collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Partner with managers to align resources with business needs.
• Work with quality and risk programs to advance excellence and innovation.
• Travel nationwide 25%-50% to collaborate with clients and offices.
