Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in the specialty field.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for ENT and Plastic Surgery practices across multiple locations.
• Focus on clinic performance, financial stewardship, patient access and throughput.
• Oversee staffing/productivity alignment and development of clinic managers.
• Standardize processes across locations and drive growth and improvement initiatives.
