Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks a Regional Manager to lead daily operations for ENT and Plastic Surgery practices in the Puget Sound region. You will oversee multiple locations, partner with physicians and clinic managers, and drive operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four (4) years of experience in lieu of the degree will be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the specialty field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple affiliated health care physician practices and ancillary services in the Tacoma area.
• Travel to clinic locations regularly; manage operations, marketing, finance, contracting support, and HR aspects.
• Lead performance and improvement initiatives, standardize practices across sites, and drive growth.
