Superior Skilled Trades in Nashville region is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for a direct hire opportunity in construction and engineering. You will oversee regional project execution, client relationships, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering/PM background, ability to lead multiple projects, mentor teams, ensure safety and profitability, and partner with BD on opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited) with 3+ years project experience, or 5+ years in engineering/PM.
• Strong PM and leadership experience with regional project oversight.
• Knowledge of project financials, scheduling, WIP, billing, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional construction projects from contract award to completion.
• Oversee Project Managers and Superintendents across projects.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, WIP, billing, and change orders.
• Review technical submittals, designs, and shop drawings.
• Mentor regional teams, promote safety, quality, and productivity.
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD and estimating to develop bids.
• Support project recovery and address schedule or execution challenges.
