Job summary

Project Resource Collective is seeking experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents for major construction projects in the Nashville region and beyond. The role provides field leadership, planning, and supervision from preconstruction through closeout, with potential oversight of multiple scopes and teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or significant construction trade experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of construction management or related field leadership for Superintendent level.
• 10–15+ years for Senior Superintendent with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience managing complex commercial, industrial, or large-scale projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, contracts, and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of field construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel across scopes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Ensure resources are available to support the project schedule.
• Review drawings and specs for constructability and conflicts.
• Lead preconstruction planning and site meetings.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Coach and develop field team members.
• Participate in hiring and workforce planning.
