AEI Consultants seeks a Senior/Principal Environmental Consultant to lead the Site Mitigation team in the New Jersey and broader Northeast region. You will oversee subsurface investigations, remediation strategies, regulatory negotiations, and direct client communications.

You will mentor staff, manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and contribute to national business development while upholding technical quality and profitability.

Formación

• 15+ years of environmental consulting and project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong business acumen.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and growth-driven mindset.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and productivity.
• Senior understanding of environmental contamination and related project mgmt.
• Budgeting and operational finances experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical direction on site investigations and remediation projects.
• Oversee proposals, reports, and client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets and change orders.
• Represent AEI with regulators, clients and counsel.
• Support business development and expansion in the northeast.
