Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the National Physical Security Program contract in South Region 3. The role leads regional repair, maintenance, installation, dispatch, preventive maintenance, and service-request activities.

The Regional Service Manager will oversee dispatch, tracking, scheduling, and coordination with technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and Government representatives to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field or 10+ years managing related functions.
• Experience managing electronic security systems service operations.
• Experience coordinating technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate work across geographically dispersed service locations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government suitability and approvals.
• Full-time, exclusively dedicated resource for South Region 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional repair, maintenance, and installation-related functions.
• Oversee dispatching and tracking of repair and non-repair service requests.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and installation service requests.
• Manage technician assignments, work schedules, and field-service priorities.
• Coordinate with Government representatives and program leadership.
• Monitor service-request progress and completion; ensure proper documentation.
