Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Capital Controls & Planning Regional Lead to drive financial controls for US developments within the Ares Digital Infrastructure platform. You will partner with Regional Leadership, Development, Investments and Fund Accounting across many data center projects, ensuring governance and accurate reporting.

This role emphasizes collaborating across Finance, Project Controls and Delivery teams, managing CAPEX forecasts and regional reporting while upholding GAAP/IFRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years experience in construction finance, FP&A, project controls or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Capital Controls & Planning partner for Development, Delivery and Finance stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to global cost governance, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Support data integrity between development systems and accounting platforms (Yardi/Procore).
• Manage invoice reconciliation, retention tracking and project closeout activities with Accounting and Project Controls.
• Lead monthly CAPEX reporting and regional budget governance.
• Prepare regional CAPEX reports and variance analyses; escalate risks and issues.
• Support investor, lender and leadership reporting with accurate analyses.
• Assist in drawing packages and ensure compliance with controls and audits.
• Maintain project cash flow forecasts and capital call forecasts.
• Collaborate with Development and Delivery teams to set budgets within governance.
