Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Associate, Cost Management (Global) to own the cost dimension of project controls for NA projects and global coordination. You’ll handle business cases, CAPEX updates, budgeting, forecasting, contingency management, and cost-change governance with external consultants.

You will support global cost management standards, reporting, and best practices across regions, collaborating with regional teams to ensure data integrity and timely governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in cost management or commercial governance for complex infra projects.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, forecasting and cost controls across multiple projects.
• Strong CAPEX planning, contingency management and change control.
• Procore cost modules expert with ERP exposure such as Yardi.
• Experience with underwriting inputs, sensitivities, and business case models.
• Ability to lead and challenge cost consultants and drive quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain top-down cost targets and benchmarks by market.
• Provide estimating support to optimize standards and component parts; quantify variances.
• Drive cost management across projects: budgeting, forecasting, contingency tracking, reporting.
• Maintain budget bridges and variance narratives from underwriting through delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for variance analysis and budget presentations.
• Oversee work from third-party cost consultants and ensure reporting standards.
