Ada Infrastructure, a global data center business, seeks a Design Lead for North America to drive design execution and align regional work with global standards. You will build and mentor a high-performing design team, ensure constructability and cost-efficiency, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to deliver reliable data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architectural, or related).
• 12+ years of engineering, design, design management, or technical leadership within data centers, mission-critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and scaling talent.
• Strong understanding of data center systems: mechanical, electrical, controls, commissioning, and operations.
• Experience leading design execution across multiple projects within budget, schedule, and codes.
• Willingness to travel as required to support project sites and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead design execution across Ada’s North American development portfolio, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, cost, constructability, and customer requirements.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary design organization.
• Adapt global standards to local codes, permitting, and site-specific conditions.
• Partner with Development and Delivery teams to ensure constructable, cost-effective, scalable designs.
• Serve as the regional design authority through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure regional design performance, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Global Design & Innovation to improve standards and processes.
