• Experience managing BTS and Spec developments and complex development pathways.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to balance multiple customer requests and development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development from Letter of Intent through permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and consultants to secure approvals.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks; prepare executive summaries for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure highest and best value for each site.
