Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of leadership experience, CTS certification, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of AV team leadership and management experience required.
• Familiarity with hand tools, small power tools, and industrial tools.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and complete required ladder and safety training.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee installation teams on job sites.
• Troubleshoot audio and video equipment installations.
• Train and supervise level one and level two technicians.
