Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping, a PE-backed landscape maintenance platform serving residential and commercial customers across the Minneapolis metro area, seeks a Branch Manager for a 50+ person operation. You will oversee daily field work, schedule crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires hands-on leadership in landscaping and snow operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of landscaping management experience.
Ability to read complex customer RFPs and commercial contracts to provide accurate bids.
Skilled in management and leadership.
Proven history of installing hardscaping and landscaping projects while achieving profitability targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in technology (MS Office and landscaping costing/estimating packages).
Understanding and management of Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch operations to achieve profit and customer retention targets.
Sell maintenance contracts and enhancement services to new and existing customers.
Provide daily work schedules to field staff and ensure crews are prepared.
Visit job sites to ensure safety, standards, and customer satisfaction; conduct safety training and inspections.
Manage scheduling, purchasing, and time reporting in Aspire to meet targets.
Approve weekly time entries by Monday mornings.
Supervise staff, maintain attendance records, enforce safety equipment use, approve timecards.
