Job summary

Visterra Landscape Group is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to grow the Cincinnati and Northern KY market. You will cultivate client relationships, close major contracts, and drive top-line growth in a fast-paced, field-based role.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial landscaping sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of revenue growth. This position reports into GroundsPRO leadership and offers an excellent compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales in commercial landscaping.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow removal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within assigned territories.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial clients.
• Present tailored proposals with ROI and GroundsPRO’s services.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and account teams.
