Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations for a 50+ person team, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will oversee field crews, schedule work, manage safety, and bid maintenance and enhancement contracts, reporting to the Regional Manager.

This role blends leadership with hands-on operational excellence, balancing growth with cost control and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscaping management experience.
• Ability to read complex customer RFPs and commercial contracts for accurate bids.
• Skilled in management and leadership.
• Proven history of profitable hardscaping/landscaping projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in technology and budgeting tools.
• Understanding and management of Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to meet profit and customer targets.
• Sell maintenance contracts and enhancement services.
• Provide daily work schedules and guidance to field staff.
• Visit job sites to ensure safety, standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Aspire and other systems for scheduling, purchasing, and time reporting.
• Approve weekly time entries and supervise attendance and safety gear.
• Train and develop staff including Operations Managers and Crew Leaders.
• Forecast staffing, equipment, and material needs for future jobs.
• Order materials within purchasing limits and monitor costs.
• Maintain vehicles/equipment records and safety compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Address urgent situations promptly and protect company image.
• Oversee off-season snow responsibilities and operations.
