Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Regional Labor Manager to partner with facility and corporate teams to align schedules with staffing targets, reduce overtime, and support quality care across skilled nursing facilities.

This full-time role requires travel to assigned facilities, strong analytics to interpret labor data, and the ability to coach staffing coordinators toward measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• SNF experience required in skilled nursing facilities.
• Experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership ability.
• Ability to travel frequently to facilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret labor data and suggest improvements.
• Highly organized with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators to align schedules with targets.
• Coach Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze staffing patterns and reduce overtime with proactive strategies.
• Build relationships with facility leadership to drive collaboration.
• Travel daily to assigned facilities for on-site support and coaching.
• Review labor reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to fill open positions promptly.
• Align facility staffing with organizational labor goals with corporate leadership.

$65,000-$90,000 per year

Guided by Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Regional Labor Manager partners with facility and corporate teams to align schedules with staffing targets, reduce overtime, and support quality care across skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities for Regional Labor Manager:

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to ensure schedules align with staffing targets.

• Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

• Analyze staffing patterns and implement proactive strategies to reduce overtime.

• Build strong working relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration and accountability.

• Travel daily to assigned skilled nursing facilities to provide on-site support, coaching, and oversight.

• Review labor management reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to support internal hiring efforts and timely filling of open positions.

• Partner with corporate leadership to align facility staffing practices with organizational labor management goals.

Qualifications for Regional Labor Manager:

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable results.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to assigned facilities.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret labor data and recommend operational improvements.

• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
