Job summary

The Facilities Group is seeking a Janitorial Area Manager to oversee our Providence, RI client book and the ISP workforce. You will ensure vendors meet contracts, maintain strong client relationships, and drive service excellence using digital dashboards and performance data.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coordinating with vendors, managing scheduling and inventory, and communicating with upper management about KPI dashboards and reporting insights. Some travel required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management and supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing performance through data, metrics, or digital reporting tools is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client book of business and ISP workforce.
• Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality janitorial services.
• Use CRM, dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
• Hire, train, and develop vendor partners.
• Travel approximately 75% by vehicle within Rhode Island.
