Job summary

Widen the Net | B Corp™ is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead regional IT operations hands-on. You will coach seven direct reports across IT support and service delivery and act as senior on-site lead for offices using Windows, Mac, Linux, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, Slack, Confluence and JAMF.

The role requires automation with PowerShell, Bash or Python and 1–2 years in IT support/ops. This is a 12-month full-time contract, 40 hours/week on-site, at $40–$45/hour with 50% medical plan

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as IT support manager or IT operations manager.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS, networking, Google Workspace, MDM.
• Experience in automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Willingness to work hands‑on and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop seven direct reports across IT support and service delivery.
• Set clear expectations for IT service quality, ticket ownership, documentation, and follow‑through.
