Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist in Wilmington, MA. The role requires 1-3 years hands-on experience and a solid foundation in enterprise networking, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, and low voltage cabling.

You will document projects, collaborate across teams, and communicate clearly while traveling 50-60% and supporting permanent IT operations. A BS in CS/IS or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of enterprise level network concepts.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with low voltage/structured cabling technologies.
• Excellent documentation and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
