Job summary

Exaktera is seeking a Regional IT Operations Manager to design, secure, and evolve the core IT infrastructure across US sites. The role provides technical leadership and coordination for local IT teams and aims to reduce operational risk through standardization and resilience. Travel to the Vermont site is required as business needs arise.

The candidate should be located on the U.S. East Coast, preferably in the Northeast, with strong experience in enterprise IT and migrations within multi-site

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure roles.
• PowerShell automation experience for infrastructure tasks.
• Experience with SharePoint / Microsoft 365 migrations.
• ERP system operational support experience (Business Central preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, stability, security, and evolution of Exaktera's core IT infrastructure across US sites.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coordination to local IT teams.
• Drive consistency, resilience, standardization, and security while reducing operational risk.
• Travel to the Vermont site as needed and collaborate with regional teams.
