Job summary

Vylor is seeking an experienced ERP Platform Leader to guide strategy, architecture, product lifecycle, and global operations. You will own end-to-end ERP outcomes, partnering with Core Technology and broader IES leadership to drive standardized, scalable solutions across geographies.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, global leadership experience, and the ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on platform delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
12–15 years ERP experience.
7+ years in more senior leadership roles.
Experience operating ERP at global enterprise scale.
Certifications in SAP, Agile, or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and operate the ERP platform across strategy execution, product lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations.
Serve as the primary ERP leader in enterprise governance forums, representing platform direction and priorities.
Own end-to-end ERP product lifecycle management, including roadmap, value realization, financials, and lifecycle optimization.
Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Establish and enforce standards across ERP core, extensions, and integrations, ensuring long term platform integrity.
