Interior-Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory control operations, accuracy, and regional processes in Salt Lake City.

You will oversee aged inventory reduction, coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations, and build performance metrics to cut costs and improve service.

This role requires strong data analysis, supervisory experience, and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical school training completed.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP training and competency standards for warehouse and inventory teams.
• Own aged inventory targets and drive reduction plans with branches.
• Oversee returns to vendors and RTV purchase orders within authority.
• Partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies and lead root-cause prevention.
• Design and manage the regional cycle count program and data standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and cost.
