Job summary

SOLitude Lake Management is seeking an Inventory Control professional to oversee daily inventory activities, ensure accuracy, and maintain policy compliance across 51 locations.

You will perform audits, reconcile inventories, and coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels, while generating regular reports for management.

Education with a Bachelor’s in Business/Logistics and 3+ years in inventory management, plus proficiency in Excel and warehouse software, is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
  • 3+ years in inventory management or warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and warehouse software; strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Review inventory errors and adjustments; monthly reconciliations across 51 locations.
  • Reconcile inventory levels between SF & NAV.
  • Upload annual price adjustments to ensure system accuracy.
  • Maintain Early Termination log.
  • Record transfers between locations for availability.
  • Balance the Transfer G/L account.
  • Review Auto-Posted WOs for inventory and expense adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory handling and tracking.
