Old World Industries is seeking a Senior Inventory Planner to optimize inventory across plants, warehouses, and ERP systems. You will lead reconciliation, cycle counts, and variance investigations while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to improve accuracy and reduce waste.

The role requires advanced SAP expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record of driving continuous improvements in inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory planning, control, or related roles.
• Advanced SAP knowledge for inventory transactions and controls.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation between plant records, SAP balances, and financial books.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions for timely month-end close.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to validate valuations and postings.
• Analyze inventory transactions to identify trends affecting accuracy and reporting.
• Ensure approvals and documentation for adjustments per policy.
