Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. seeks an Inventory Manager to lead regional inventory control and drive accuracy across branches. You will direct a team, own aging inventory reduction plans, and partner with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Administration to improve financial results.

You will establish regional processes, oversee vendor returns, and ensure data integrity for material setup and system transfers while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Preferred 2+ years supervisory experience.
• SAP Experience.
• Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional inventory control initiatives and set processes to improve accuracy.
• Direct a team to achieve aging inventory targets and cost controls.
• Oversee returns to vendors and RTV purchase orders within authority.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoice and quantity discrepancies; drive root-cause prevention.
• Serve as regional escalation point for warehouse and purchasing issues.
• Maintain stock lists and settings; ensure data integrity for material setup and transfers.
• Develop liquidation strategies and pricing for aged materials at branch level.
• Analyze regional reports and present findings to leadership; drive continuous improvement.
