DHL Supply Chain seeks an Inventory Control Manager I to lead the inventory control team, align with client service agreements, and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and controls.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, risk mitigation, and proactive data-driven approaches to optimize the client’s assets and service levels. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4 years of Inventory Control experience required.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 3+ years management experience in a unit pick environment or large company preferred.
• 1+ years client relationship, staff management and objective setting experience required.
• Knowledge of JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP and MS Office required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to audience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop and progress customer relationships and partnerships to enable continuous improvement.
• Drive inventory control excellence and financial benefits for client assets.
• Set strategic direction for supply chain initiatives around Inventory Control and Inventory Planning.
• Develop proactive strategies to mitigate issues and risks in inventory control.
