Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Regional Inventory Control Manager I to lead inventory strategy and drive best-practice policies across the region. The role provides leadership, mentoring, and escalation support to IC staff while coordinating with vendors, customers and internal teams to achieve operational goals.

The candidate will optimize inventory processes, develop metrics, and ensure compliance. A background in supply chain and at least 3+ years in IC management in a large organization is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or related field.
• 3+ years in IC Manager role, unit pick environment, large company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to inventory staff and escalation points.
• Develop and enforce best-practice inventory policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report inventory issues and compliance regularly.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers and internal groups to meet objectives.
• Define site metrics, reporting and continuous improvement of inventory control.
