Job summary

The IDB Group in Washington, DC invites active graduate students to join as an Intern Consultant within the Data for Integrity program. This paid internship provides hands-on experience building an interactive regional dashboard and country profiles to support transparency and integrity work in Latin America and the Caribbean.

You will collaborate with Bank specialists, structure indicators and metadata, and deliver a working prototype with data, code, and documentation, with potential further

Qualifications

• Active graduate student (master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field with graduation after internship.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of another Bank language is a plus.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and develop user-friendly analytical products.
• Experience with interactive dashboards and data visualization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Compile indicators and metadata for selected countries with definitions and limitations.
• Develop a web dashboard prototype for country profiles, indicators and trends.
• Integrate documentation and enable export of Country Integrity Snapshots.
• Provide interpretations to support regional analysis and policy dialogue.
• Deliver a functional prototype with data, code, and technical documentation.
