Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Intake Manager to lead intake operations across multiple offices and drive consistent client experiences. You will coach Managers, monitor regional metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality consultations and timely follow-up.

You will build leadership capabilities, implement improvements from data insights, and support new office openings while upholding the firm’s standards for service and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years of management experience in intake, sales, client service/experience, or related field, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• 7-10 years of experience in intake, sales, client service/experience, or related function with proven improvements in results and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and hold accountable Managers across multiple office locations.
• Review regional conversion, consultation quality, responsiveness, and client experience measures to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Develop Managers as people leaders, providing actionable feedback and addressing performance concerns.
• Conduct structured one-on-one meetings to review performance and leadership development priorities.
• Visit regional offices regularly to observe consultations and assess client experience and culture.
• Partner with VP of Intake on performance priorities, staffing needs, and initiatives to strengthen outcomes and service quality.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training to set standards and improve accuracy, empathy, and clarity in client interactions.
• Lead regional hiring for Manager and Specialist roles, building a strong coaching and intake capability pipeline.
• Support new office openings with staffing, training, and service standards for ramp success.
• Recognize performers, coach gaps, and address persistent issues in conversion, consultation, or client experience.
• Ensure consistent intake processes, timely follow-up, CRM documentation, QA adherence and escalation when needed.
