Lisinski Law Firm seeks an Intake Manager to lead a team of Intake Leads/Specialists, driving end-to-end conversion, coaching effectiveness, and compliance across virtual and in-office work. You’ll use data to identify gaps, deliver coaching, and sustain high client experience standards.

You’ll guide hiring, performance reporting, and escalate complex cases while partnering with Training and QA to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with conversion results.
• 2-4 years experience leading a team.
• CRM performance tracking and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce).
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication (B2-C1).
• Highschool diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable Intake Leads and Specialists.
• Own conversion performance across the full span of control.
• Develop Intake Leads as coaches and people leaders.
• Conduct structured 1:1s and review performance data.
• Review consultations, dashboards, and CRM data for coaching.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client situations.
• Lead daily team huddles and partner on staffing decisions.
• Coordinate with Training and QA to translate QA findings into action.
• Manage performance with recognition, PIPs, and decisive actions.
• Participate in hiring for Intake roles and ensure policy compliance.
