Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Regional Intake Manager to lead intake operations across multiple offices, developing teams to deliver a consistent, respectful client experience while achieving conversion goals. The role uses data, feedback, and observations to drive improvements and prepare future leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in regional or multi-site leadership within intake or sales, with strong coaching, analytics, and CRM/telephony experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of management experience in intake, sales, client service/experience, or related field, including at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
  • 7-10 years of experience in intake, sales, client service/experience, or a related function, with demonstrated success improving results and service quality.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Amazon Connect is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, develop and hold accountable Managers across multiple office locations, establishing clear expectations for intake results, consultation quality, and client experience.
  • Review regional conversion, consultation quality, responsiveness, and client experience measures to identify trends, understand root causes, and implement improvements across offices.
  • Develop Managers as people leaders and coaches, equipping them to reinforce effective intake practices, provide actionable feedback, and address performance or service concerns promptly.
  • Conduct structured one-on-one meetings with each Manager to review office performance, client and team feedback, quality findings, and leadership development priorities.
  • Visit regional offices on a consistent basis, observe consultations, and engage with frontline team members to assess the prospective client experience, operational practices, and team culture firsthand.
  • Partner with VP of Intake on regional performance priorities, performance reporting, staffing needs, and initiates that strengthen both intake outcomes and service quality.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Training teams to establish consistent consultation standards, reinforce training, and use quality reviews to improve accuracy, empathy, and clarity in client interactions.
  • Lead regional hiring efforts for Manager and Specialist roles applying Gold Standard criteria and building a talent pipeline with strong coaching, service, and intake capabilities.
  • Support new office openings by partnering with cross-functional teams on staffing, training, service standards, and a successful operational and performance ramp.
  • Recognize and develop strong performers, coach team members with performance gaps, and address persistent issues in conversion, consultation, or client experience.
  • Ensure consistent intake processes, timely follow-up, accurate CRM documentation, Quality Assurance adherence, and appropriate escalation of client concerns across regional offices.

About the Role

The Regional Intake Manager leads intake operations across multiple Lisinski Law Firm offices within an assigned region. This role develops Intake Managers and their teams to deliver a consistent, respectful, and responsive experience for prospective clients while meeting the Firm’s intake and conversion goals. The Regional Intake Manager uses performance and quality data, direct observation, and client feedback to improve consultations, address gaps between offices, and build capable leaders who sustain results as the Firm grows.

Your Key Contributions

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Communicates Effectively- Sets clear expectations, gives constructive coaching, and communicates with empathy and clarity when addressing team performance or client concerns.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret conversion, quality, responsiveness, and client feedback data, identify root causes, and measure the impact of regional improvements.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and telephony platforms to monitor intake activity and documentation
  • Working knowledge of conducting office visits and operational assessments to evaluate leadership effectiveness, performance drivers, and execution consistency.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Amazon Connect preferred.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
