Qualifikationen

• BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar field.
• 2+ years' experience in a sales environment; experience in marketing, insurance, communications, or business development preferred.
• Agricultural background preferred.
• Property and casualty license within 90 days of hire; valid driver's license; life/health license within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Achieve new business sales goals within assigned territory for Property and Casualty lines, Health insurance, and other benefits.
• Meet with cooperative members and prospects to assess insurance needs and describe offerings; gather information for submissions and ensure timely submission to carriers.
• Solicit services and strengthen relationships with key accounts via calls and visits; provide progress updates to management.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to develop regional sales and marketing strategy.
• Ensure communications with customers comply with policy and regulations; use corporate systems to maintain records.
• Travel to visit customers across the territory; maintain privacy and integrity in all interactions.
