Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking a Performance Manager to lead operational improvements for Insurance Partners. You will work with National Account and Market teams to improve repair center performance, train leaders on WOW processes, and manage client communications.

A strong background in collision repair and partner scorecards is required. The role involves data extraction, audits, and cross-functional collaboration across regions and shops, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role.
• 3 years knowledge of the Insurance Partner guidelines and Scorecard metrics.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Aufgaben

• Lead efforts to maximize operational performance for Insurance Partners.
• Audit insurance KPIs, estimating practices, and WOW procedures to ensure best-in-class repair centers.
• Communicate audit findings and coach teams on improvements and best practices.
• Develop improvement plans with Market leadership and shop teams.
• Train market and shop leaders on WOW repair processes and estimatics.
• Extract and analyze data from internal reporting tools (Domo, scorecards).
• Monitor partner scorecards and coordinate oversight and coaching plans.
