Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Performance Manager to maximize operational performance for assigned Insurance Partner(s) within the Client Support Organization and National Account Team. You will audit, coach, and implement improvement plans across division, market, and shop levels to meet client expectations and DRP requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines and scorecard metrics.
• Understanding of WOW Operating Way processes, especially estimator workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to maximize operational performance for assigned Insurance Partner(s).
• Prepare audit reports and communicate results to leadership.
• Develop improvement plans with market leadership and shop teams.
• Train market and shop leaders on WOW repair processes and estimatics.
