Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Performance Manager to maximize operational performance for Insurance Partners. The role collaborates with the National Account Team to drive improvements across division, market and shop levels and to coach teams on WOW processes, estimatics, and proper documentation.

The position focuses on audits, data-driven improvement plans, and communications with Insurance Partners and leadership to ensure best-in-class results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines, procedures and Scorecard metrics.
• Complete understanding of the Wow Operating Way processes, with emphasis on estimator processes and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports achievement of operational and client metrics. Prepares concise audit reports using Domo and Client Score Cards.
• Conducts internal audits on insurance KPIs, estimating practices and WOW procedures and communicates findings for improvement.
• Develops understanding of client expectations and metrics; oversees improvement initiatives with Market leadership.
• Partners with National Account team to understand client requirements and communicates performance to leadership.
• Trains and coaches market and shop leaders on WOW processes related to estimatics to increase repair percentage and proper documentation.
• Extracts and analyzes data from internal reporting tools and monitors scorecard performance with leadership.
