Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Performance Manager to lead operational improvements for assigned Insurance Partners. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with the National Account Team, division and shop leadership to maximize client results while coaching teams on WOW processes and estimator responsibilities.

The role focuses on training, data-driven assessment, and developing improvement plans to elevate repair center performance and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
• Complete understanding of WOW Operating Way processes with emphasis on estimator responsibilities
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Supports achievement of operational and client metrics with audit reports (Domo) and client scorecards
• Conducts internal audits on insurance KPIs, estimating practices and WOW procedures
• Communicates audit findings and coaches on improvements and best practices
• Develops understanding of client expectations and internal initiatives; supports performance improvement in repair centers
• Partners with Market leadership to create and implement operating initiatives to improve center performance
• Trains market and shop leaders on WOW repair processes and estimatics emphasis
• Interacts with National Account team to convey performance and improvement plans to Insurance Partners
• Monitors scorecard performance and assists with oversight and coaching plans
• Extracts and analyzes data from internal reporting tools
• May support new acquisitions and rollout of Gerber processes
