West Bend Insurance Company seeks a market-driven professional to accelerate growth in the Eastern Iowa agency network. You will own territory strategy, recruit and strengthen partnerships, and connect agencies with solutions and resources to drive profitability.

The role blends remote work with field engagement across the territory. You’ll analyze market trends, collaborate with Underwriting and Sales, and design training and events to energize partners, delivering measurable results and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in property and casualty insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and regulations.
• Track record of building relationships and delivering sales results.
• Ability to prospect, negotiate, present and influence with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy for Eastern Iowa; develop territory plan and goals.
• Build a stronger agency network by adding and deepening partnerships.
• Be a resource agencies call; connect them with solutions and resources.
• Monitor competitors and industry changes to inform decisions.
• Turn numbers into opportunities by spotting trends and adjusting approach.
• Create training, promotions, webinars, events to grow business.
• Work with Underwriting on opportunities and decisions.
• Conduct agency performance reviews and address training gaps.
