Job summary
Modern Woodmen of America's Central Midwest Region is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our expanding Iowa team. You will meet with members to assess their insurance needs, recommend coverage, and provide exceptional service while building a network through referrals and community engagement.
This commission-based role offers training, advancement opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a strong benefits package designed to help you grow professionally and personally while making a meaningful
Qualifications
- Team-oriented and coachable with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license.
- College degree required (Bachelor’s).
Responsibilities
- Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals and community engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
- Meet or exceed business development goals.
