West Bend is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the Eastern Iowa market. This fully remote role requires 50% field time servicing the territory and occasional travel to office or events. You will build agency partnerships, drive growth, and align with underwriting on opportunities.

You will lead territory planning, monitor performance, and develop training and promotions to help agents grow their business. Strong insurance knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property and casualty insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and regulations.
• Track record of building relationships and delivering sales results.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy for Eastern Iowa territory.
• Build and deepen the agency network; prospect for new agencies.
• Be a trusted resource to agents; connect them with solutions and products.
• Monitor territory performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on market insights and decisions.
• Lead training, promotions, and sales initiatives with agencies.
