Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Regional Executive to lead growth in the assigned region by building relationships with retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in insurance distribution and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role emphasizes meeting growth targets, managing a strong sales pipeline, and representing the company at broker visits and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or insurance distribution.
• Demonstrated experience managing broker or agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual gross written premium and submission targets for the assigned region.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through collaboration with the field underwriting team.
• Conduct a minimum of 12+ customer visits weekly (60% in-person, 40% virtual).
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet submission, premium production, and loss ratio goals.
• Serve as a key external representative at broker visits and industry events.
• Identify and execute book roll opportunities for current and new product offerings.
• Provide feedback to enhance sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Track and evaluate production and task completion reports, adjusting plans as needed.
• Complete continuing education courses or industry designations to maintain subject-matter expertise.
