Jonus Group seeks a Regional Executive to lead and grow a regional presence in the insurance distribution space. Drive revenue growth through partnerships with retail agencies, carriers, and digital affiliates while meeting submission and premium goals.

Responsibilities include a minimum of 12 customer visits weekly (60% in-person, 40% virtual) and collaboration with underwriting to maximize regional production. Prioritize relationship-building and proactive market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in outside sales, business development, or insurance distribution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual gross written premium and submission goals for the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates.
