Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Regional Director to oversee multiple insurance office locations and steer business growth. You will develop producers, drive new business, and ensure strong account management across the region.

The ideal candidate has a proven P&C and Life & Health sales background, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to build durable client relationships. This is an in-office role with regular travel between regional offices.

Qualifications

Active P&C and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Minimum of 5+ years of insurance sales experience across P&C and L&H.
Proven leadership including training and developing teams.
Proficiency with Applied EPIC.
Strong sales, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel regularly and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

Train and mentor insurance producers to meet performance goals.
Drive new business across Personal Lines, Life and Health, and Medicare.
Oversee account management and support growth and retention.
Quote and manage new/renewal business using Applied EPIC.
Collaborate with leaders to implement growth, efficiency, and service initiatives.
Monitor office performance and guide teams across locations.
Travel between regional offices as required to support the region.
