Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Supervisor to act as the technical construction and product installation expert for our core products (windows, doors, siding). You will manage, train, and hold your team accountable to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals while ensuring code compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role leads Service/Measure Technicians, employees and subcontractor installers, with early start times and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA/Installation Masters training a plus.
• Clean driving and solid attendance records.

Responsibilities

• Technical construction expert for windows, doors, siding and sunrooms as required.
• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to meet daily revenue goals.
• Ensure projects are measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, completed and billed.
• Maintain safety training and enforce written safety policies.
