Job summary

Innovative Office Solutions in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking an Install Supervisor to lead regional installation operations, align quoting, scheduling and field execution, and serve as primary on-site customer contact. You willCoach field teams, enforce safety and installation standards, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with design, project management, and scheduling teams.

Reports to Workspace Operations Manager and oversees multiple crews across sites.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
7+ years of furniture installation or field operations experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing field teams or supervisors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and field/project management systems.
Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee installation operations across multiple teams and job sites.
Ensure alignment between quoting assumptions, scheduling plans, and field execution.
Act as escalation point for complex field issues and customer concerns.
Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to installation standards and safety protocols.
Develop and coach field teams to build a high-performing culture.
