Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy degree required.
• Pharm D preferred.
• CT Pharmacist license required.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and supervise medications and IVs for patients.
• Advise staff on drug interactions and administration.
• Supervise non-pharmacist personnel and ensure workflow.
• Verify orders and monitor for dose, allergies, interactions.

Education

BS Pharmacy degree

Pharm D preferred

CT Pharmacist license

Hospital experience preferred
